The money that's been embezzled since 2013 is in all likelihood much greater. In all we are talking about well over half a trillion dollars,  enough to fund a modernization and rebuilding of Venezuela including the electrical power grid, the petroleum industry and agriculture.

Much of the money is in the United States.  It rightfully belongs to the Venezuelan people.
